This is the shack that they boil the sap into syrup.
We took a wagon ride into the sugar bush. They have 2500 trees that were tapped. I had no idea they don't use buckets anymore. They use tubing that is connected, runs downhill and empties into a big drum. Sometimes they have to wake in the middle of the night to empty it.
